If you’d rather purchase one or a few of the sessions – it's no problem, simply buy one, and then once you've logged into the conference site, you’ll then be able to add other sessions to your account.

Session 1 – Market leadership and the 7 things you need to watch in your business – Ed Dale

In the opening session of the conference,  Ed makes no apologies for banging on about Market Leadership and reiterates some of the points you may have heard before.

He then goes on to demonstrate Market Leadership for the first time ever with his iPhone on a giant screen in front of 120 people. If you’ve ever wanted to know the secrets to finding and commenting on great content, whilst standing in a bank queue – then this session is a much watch.

In the second section, he then goes on to talk about the seven key things you need to be considering for your business over the next 12 months. Given his track record of predicting the future when it comes to Internet marketing – you won’t be disappointed when you see what he has to say.

Session 2 – How to plan your future with a domain network – Kenny Goodman

Kenny Goodman is one of the world’s leading domainers.

He wows the assembled crowd by explaining why it’s so important to build a site network as an investment for your future and draws an important analogy with bricks and mortar. As is the theme throughout this conference – this is not a get rich quick scheme – this is about building foundations which reap dividends over time.

He then goes on to explain how he builds his network for his business and reveals the amazing statistics of the money which could be made, using the most conservative of numbers.

If that’s not enough, he then gives a sneak preview of DomainFace PLUS gives you a special coupon code for 50% off the service FOREVER when it’s launched in late 2010.

Session 3 – How to use marketing assets to succeed online – Eugene Ware

Eugene Ware is a legend in his own life time – he’s the founder of Noble Samurai and one of the brains behind Market Samurai – but despite being an expert programmer, has a complete handle on his business.

If you ever wanted to understand how a software business should be run – then this session is for you. In a presentation written specifically for this event, Eugene literally lifts the kimono on his business, sharing all the figures and explaining how he’s going to grow the business by harnessing the concept of ‘Marketing Assets’ as his balance sheet.

He demystifies the metrics which you should be focusing on and goes on to explain HOW to use the Marketing Assets you’ve created (which may not be the ones you think of) to drive your business forward. Exactly as he’s doing.

Session 4 – Taking Internet Marketing to the next level – Daniel Dobos

Daniel is the founder of Mental Blank, a memory guru and an advanced learning strategies expert.

He wins most of his business by running seminars. He has a process and he and his team are ruthless at following it. What does this have to do with Internet marketing? Well everything frankly because the audience for your business isn’t necessarily online. Did you know 98.9% of electronics are still sold OFFLINE (source: US census)?

In this session, Daniel reveals the tactics and techniques he uses in his $1m+ business by combining online and offline sales techniques to ensure a constant flow of leads and how he goes on to convert them.

You can see why he’s ex-Boston Consulting. Frankly, the guy’s a genius.

Session 5 – How to outsource your business – Sam Witteveen

On top of his coaching and speaking engagements, Sam’s time is split between running his own successful companies, including Red Elephant Music which is the world’s leading company producing music and related products for branding and marketing purposes.

His clients span the globe and include companies from diverse industries such as FedEx,Robert Mondavi Wines, Evason Resorts, Mandara Spas, Sony, Shell, Unocal, Price Waterhouse Coopers, ABN-AMRO, UBS, Telecom Malaysia, BMG, Eli Lilly and Shinawatra.

How has he done all this? By becoming an expert at outsourcing – and he shows you EXACTLY how he does it in this session including his thoughts on strategy right the way through to specific tactics including suggestions of 13 websites you may want to take a look at for resources and an incredible YouTube viral case study – all achieved through outsourcing.

As the editor of this site, my business is changing very soon – all because of this session.

Session 6 How to develop a $1m/month business through automation – Marty Rozmanith

Many of you reading this will know Marty as the founder of WordPress Direct. He’s also done a lot of other stuff and has a technical brain the size of a planet.

To continue the theme of this conference, Marty addresses automation when it comes to building a network of sites and backlinks and reveals 9 months worth of research in under an hour where he discusses a top secret project where a small team has been working on generating $1m/month online.

He challenges you by asking “How much money are you planning to make this year” and suggests the figure is too low, because you are NOT automating.

It’s all in the scaling. He shows you how.

Session 7 – Hotseat #1

We think it’s fair to say that Ed’s hotseat sessions are now legendary. Some of you would have heard about the MONKEY from Manchester… Well that came from a hotseat session.

Simply put, brave, willing participants submit their site to the assembled, expert panel where they are given much honesty (and love) about how to improve it. The beauty is that everyone watching learns a ton of stuff too – and without subjecting themselves to ridicule!

In this session, you will learn a lot about an ecommerce site, with no traffic (do you have this problem?) a hobby blog site which is getting decent traffic, but poor conversion (hmmm – can you relate to that?) and a loan site which could be doing really well if the design was changed – and the panel ‘politely’ point out what needs to be done.

Learn from other people’s mistakes and the expert panel – believe me, it’s enlightening.

Session 8 – Buy. Build. Sell – Danny Batelic

Danny is a website flipping expert. In a brand new industry, to have been doing this for a year is no mean feat. He’s bought and sold over 150 websites and is now building a business from of doing it.

Flippa is his website of choice – it’s the Ebay for websites and to get the most out of it, you have to know what you’re doing. Fortunately, he does, and that’s why he was speaking at this event.

Danny takes the audience through his “Buy. Build. Sell.” methodology. He gives you the complete checklist of how to get your transactions spot on whether buying or selling. He’s been there and got the t-shirt and the reason he’s successful is because he’s always adding value in the transaction.

Find out how he successfully bids, sells and even upsells his customers, who also keep coming back for more…

Session 9 – The stages of the market – Harlan Kilstein

Harlan Kilstein is quite simply a legend in the copywriting world. Name a ‘guru’ Internet marketer and he has written for them.

In this session, you could hear pennies dropping all over the room because over an hour, he explained succinctly why when you’ve picked a niche, you’ve done your research, you’ve built your blog, you’ve got your traffic and you’ve got good copy… you still don’t get the results you were hoping for.

Most people who do any kind of marketing do what workED, not what workS” was just one quote I took from his presentation and he’s right.

We all copy what is currently going on – essentially moving forwards looking in the rear view mirror. He persuades us all, with the evidence to back it up it’s time to do things differently and provides some practical advice you won’t want to miss.

Session 10 – A simple 90 day plan to get 100,000 new links while doing none of the work yourself – Leslie Rohde

Unless you’ve been living in a cave, you will have heard of Leslie Rohde. He’s been coined the Godfather of SEO, because he was the first to write the manual back in 2002.

After his presentation in Melbourne earlier this year, Leslie returned to wow the crowd with his eyepopping headline : “A Simple 90 Day Plan to get 100,000 New Links While Doing None of the Work Yourself”. Sounds to good to be true? Well it’s not and he explains the why and the how.

Yes it needs discipline and some automation but when you start to leverage the power of your visitors (there’s the clue), the sky’s the limit when it comes to building links and therefore increasing your rankings if everything else is equal.

You may also find his opening quite funny too. He knows how to hold an audience.

Session 11 – Backroom internet marketing system – Richard Cussons

You’ve probably not heard of Richard Cousins – but that is no reason not to be wowed by this session. The reason you’ve not heard of him is because he’s been busy. For 8 years. Building an automated, outsourced system of people and processes to generate content, sites, backlinks… oh… and money. Lots of it.

In all honesty, Richard’s presentation was too much to take in at the time – it was like a good movie – you need to watch it a couple of times to appreciate fully what he was saying.

He explains how to choose outsourcers, how to brief outsourcers, why you should pay them before they complete the work and how to integrate them into your business.  He also explains how to create multiple formats of content out of the same original piece and lays out in full detail the tools he uses (mostly free).

My favourite quote: “Content creation sin #1 – doing it yourself”. I hang my head in shame Richard. Because you’re right.

Session 12 – Going Analogue – offline marketing for online business – Pete Williams

If you’ve not heard of Pete Williams, you should have done. He’s been termed Australia’s Richard Branson by the national press and has entrepreneurialism in his blood. Pete runs real world seven figure businesses in Australia and has learnt on his feet.

In this session he opened the audience’s eyes in a big way. His opening line was simply “Who runs an Internet business”, to which most people in the audience said yes. Pete disagreed. His argument is that you are running a BUSINESS with a single channel to market – the Internet and that you are leaving money on the table. He is right.

He then delivers an excellent session providing strategy and real world tactics of at least a dozen ways to generate and nurture leads for your business using purely offline techniques.

With the action points he gives – this presentation cannot fail to make a difference to your business.

Session 13 – Hotseat #2

And so in the final session, there’s a smorgasboard of reviews in which you will learn a lot about your business.

The first review is a newish ecommerce site which has no traffic coming to it yet. Leslie Rohde gives some technical advice and the rest of the panel make some suggestions on layout and what the site is trying to achieve. The second review goes through a site which has plenty of traffic but is looking for more and better ways of monetising its content. It has a membership site as its platform, yet it wasn’t being used?! The team come up with some great ideas online and offline.

Review #3 is particularly interesting, because there was just a holding page to look at, however the owner described a concept he was looking to pursue which attracted plenty of advice and attention. It could well be the situation you find yourself in? In review #4, quite frankly the owner is told to get rid of the domain, the site and start again. Hard to hear – but great advice and finally in #5, there’s another ecommerce site to look at and a LOT of technical advice ensues.

Session 14 – bonus interview with Ed

As a thank you for buying the whole seminar (note this is not available as a single download) we wanted to share an interview done with Ed back in February 2010 which has never seen the light of day. Sadly, we didn’t get permission to launch a course we were going to produce and so the interviews were shelved.

We thought that was a waste – there’s a lot of wisdom in here as Ed talks from the heart about starting a business and growing it – after you’ve made that first dollar. Want to know a bit about Ed’s past – how he’s got to where he is today – then sign up for the whole seminar and you’ll get access to this bonus session.
